I do the work myself. Your contract is with the company.
What I offer
The services: Website check, Website migration, Websites, Business tools. Each has its own page. What a service includes is what that page says it includes, and nothing on this page widens it.
How an engagement starts
A conversation first, and it costs nothing.
If one meeting settles what gets built, you get a short written quote, also free: what it does, what is left out, where it runs, the price, and an estimate in weeks.
If one meeting is not enough, the first step is paid roadmapping. Its price is on its own page.
Prices, VAT and paying
Every price is shown on the page of the thing it belongs to. Every price is plus VAT where applicable.
No payment is taken on this site. There is no checkout and no pay button anywhere on it. When we agree to work together, I send a payment link by email.
For the Website check there is one step before anything else: I confirm your site can actually be checked. If it cannot, I tell you so. No payment is taken for the check while its page shows no price.
Project work runs in the stages named in the quote or in the roadmapping report, and each stage is paid in full before it starts.
Roadmapping
The fee is credited against the project and comes off the first stage. It is a credit, not a discount and not a deposit.
It is not refundable, and it is due even if you decide not to go ahead. What it buys is the reading and the verdict, and you get both either way.
The report is yours to keep. You may take it to another developer.
A verdict of "do not do this" still costs the fee. I would rather tell you that than sell you a project, and the fee is what makes it possible to say it.
The Website check
It is a report on defects I can verify on your site from the outside, ranked by what they cost you. It says what to fix first. It does not say how to fix it.
Its price, if it has one, is on its page. While that page shows no price, there is nothing to pay for it, and nothing about it is credited against later work.
It does not promise a ranking, a position, or a mention in any AI answer. Nobody can promise those, and anyone who does is guessing with your money.
What you get, and what you own
On build work, the source code is yours once it is paid for. If you stop part way, the code of every stage you have paid for is yours to keep. A tool that is half built may not run on its own, and the report or quote says so where that applies.
The way I work stays mine. My tooling, notes and internal method are not part of what you buy and do not enter your repository.
Estimates, and what changes the price
The price is fixed for the scope it was written against. The timeline is an estimate in weeks, not a fixed date. I would rather give you an honest range than a date I cannot hold.
Anything that is not in the written scope is new work. I re-quote it before it starts rather than after it appears on an invoice.
What I am responsible for
I do the work with reasonable skill and care, and I fix my own mistakes.
What I cannot answer for is what other companies do: your hosting, your domain registrar, a payment provider, a platform's own outage or a change it makes to its product. Where a project depends on one of those, the quote names it.
My liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the work the claim concerns. I am not liable for indirect loss, including lost revenue or lost data, where that loss was not caused by my own failure to do the work with care.
Law, and disagreements
These terms are governed by Estonian law.
If something goes wrong, tell me first, through the contact form. Most of it is a misunderstanding that a conversation fixes. If it cannot be settled that way, it goes to the courts of Estonia.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The version that applies to your project is the one on this page on the day we agree to work together, and I will send it to you if you ask.
